As the Sunroom Support Manager, you will be responsible to sub manage and support assigned locations sunroom teams with the assigned AIM. Manage each assigned location to company time standards to control cycle times. SSM will review sales contracts for accuracy and completeness for job being contracted. Incomplete or incorrect documentation will be sent back to sales rep and DSM putting the job on hold status until corrections are made. Upon completion of breakdown, any job outside of selling parameters will be sent to VP of Sales for Approval. After measure of sunroom, if job cannot be constructed to Champion engineering and standards, job should be sent to Factory Rep, DSM, and SOM with explanation and corrections needed for job on hold. Any corrective actions for the Sunroom IS’s should be worked thru with the AIM and SOM (possible HR) before administered. Occasional travel to locations for centralized roll out. Assist SOM with training of new sunroom support team members, Maintain Sunroom Centralization team communication and calls in case of absence of SOM.
