Sunroom Support Manager

Location US-CO-Denver


As the Sunroom Support Manager, you will be responsible to sub manage and support assigned locations sunroom teams with the assigned AIM.  Manage each assigned location to company time standards to control cycle times.  SSM will review sales contracts for accuracy and completeness for job being contracted. Incomplete or incorrect documentation will be sent back to sales rep and DSM putting the job on hold status until corrections are made.  Upon completion of breakdown, any job outside of selling parameters will be sent to VP of Sales for Approval.   After measure of sunroom, if job cannot be constructed to Champion engineering and standards, job should be sent to Factory Rep, DSM, and SOM with explanation and corrections needed for job on hold.   Any corrective actions for the Sunroom IS’s should be worked thru with the AIM and SOM (possible HR) before administered.    Occasional travel to locations for centralized roll out.  Assist SOM with training of new sunroom support team members, Maintain Sunroom Centralization team communication and calls in case of absence of SOM. 


  • Review each contract with all required documentation for completion and accuracy to job being built
  • Train each new sunroom IS, Champion sunroom standards thru Tranual
  • Hold each sunroom IS accountable to measures less than 10 days from contract
  • Review installs and revenue projections each month before submission to COO
  • Review each jobs process with IS’s and IM’s on weekly calls with monthly sunroom tracker
  • Review each job board on weekly calls and verify it reflects in sunroom monthly tracker
  • Review crew calendars on weekly calls and validate with monthly sunroom tracker
  • Review scheduling of installs and subcontractors weekly
  • Review job starts and completions daily
  • Accurately parring a sales contract using the Champion sunroom measure forms.
  • Review and provide each labor pay with Champion labor sheet to IS
  • Enter all new installation orders into the Champion ordering system. Verify all information from both the Contract and the Install Technician is correct before sending order to the factory for production.
  • Uploading all documents to the electronic storage files.
  • Assist local Sunroom IS with accurate monthly sunroom inventory
  • Pre-ordering custom sunroom glass
  • Updating data into all necessary databases.
  • Other miscellaneous duties to support the sunroom business


  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 5 year’s residential construction experience
  • Good Excel skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including phone skills
