The Area Installation Manager (AIM) is responsible for overseeing the operations from material arrival to completion of the project. The AIM will also be responsible for all service and warranty in the branches they oversee. The AIM position will oversee part of a Region consisting of two or more locations-with direct reports in each location.   Area Installation Managers generaly earn up to $70k in their first year. The Installation Supervisor (IS) is responsible for getting the crews out each day, training crews, reviewing difficult jobs, and ensuring that all jobs are installed in accordance with company guidelines. The Installation Supervisor is also responsible for monitoring sub-contractor quality and performance. The Installation Supervisor may be responsible for measures and breakouts, helping crews finish jobs, completing service calls, and meeting with customer to review difficult or complicated jobs. This would include but not limited to, reviewing/executing project schedules, assist with recruiting new installers and/or subcontractors as needed, monitoring work progress, customer updates in our job software, and monitoring labor expenses.
